New House Farm was renovated nine years ago and sits in a beautifully rural location with panoramic views. Marches was heavily involved throughout the building process and has supplied many of the products used to transform this home. The owners chose engineered timber windows in cream for the main part of the house along with several sets of accompanying French doors to make the most of the views. The barn conversion that now adjoins the main property has a more contemporary feel. Contemporary UPVC slim casement windows in slate grey reflect this as do the central matching French doors.
To maximise living space the owners decided to add a sunroom to the right of the property. With cream windows and a solid tiled roof this addition is well used throughout the year and the perfect spot to enjoy the last of the evening sun. Several years after completion the owners also built an orangery at the front of their home, choosing a glazed roof and full length dark grey aluminium bi-folding doors on all sides. When the doors are open during the summer this classically designed space creates the perfect transition between outside and in whilst providing shelter from the wind.
