Stone House is a traditional stone property on the Shropshire borders. The client needed to replace all doors and windows and we guided them through the process, making sure that we achieved the best look possible for their charming home. Each window is a different size and so lots of consideration went into choosing the correct style and size of each glass pane. The client considered white windows, but together we decided that white might be too stark against the stone and felt that cream would soften the look.
The client opted for traditional UPVC windows in cream with astrical grid glazing bars, finished with From The Anvil black monkey tail handles. We also fitted two engineered oak doors, one with a small glazed panel and a second fully boarded oak door, both fitted with From The Anvil Avon door handles.
